The trade jour­nal IT&Production — The Indus­try 4.0 Maga­zi­ne for Suc­cessful Pro­duc­tion is the first trade medi­um in the Ger­man-spea­king world to focus exclu­si­ve­ly on IT solu­ti­ons in the pro­duc­tion envi­ron­ment. The ran­ge of topics covers pro­duc­tion con­trol­ling, qua­li­ty manage­ment and auto­ma­ti­on inte­gra­ti­on as well as the use of IT sys­tems in intra­lo­gi­stics, sup­p­ly chain manage­ment, main­ten­an­ce and repair, ser­vice or cus­to­mer rela­ti­onship management.

The focus of the appli­ca­ti­ons pre­sen­ted is pri­ma­ri­ly on prac­ti­ca­ble solu­ti­ons aimed at medi­um-sized and small com­pa­nies with a high pro­por­ti­on of manu­al pro­duc­tion. The maga­zi­ne thus pro­vi­des con­cre­te tips on all are­as of digi­tal manu­fac­tu­ring within the frame­work of Indus­try 4.0 and lean pro­duc­tion. In addi­ti­on, the maga­zi­ne regu­lar­ly pres­ents indus­try and topic focu­ses. In the cur­rent issue, June 2020, one of the­se focal points is the topic of “lar­ge indus­tri­al displays”.
