In addition, we offer a wide range of consulting services on all aspects of lean production. We are therefore able to successfully implement your project with our software and selected hardware as well as other services such as training, consulting and professional project management.
Machine and production data acquisition
Our second business area has strong similarities with prodwatch and revolves around the digitization of machine and plant data. In many production facilities, there are islands of data in the form of controllers in established machine parks. Together with you, we bring all this data into the right format in order to make evaluations or optimise processes with it. To do this, we use modern cloud architectures, IIoT devices such as protocol converters or intelligent sensors and our know-how in connecting different controls or sensors. In this way, we create transparency in your production data, which allows you to use this data for production optimisation.
