Step-by-step instructions are an important aid, especially for new employees and complex processes. Assembly errors or quality defects are reduced and can even be completely avoided through integrated inspection processes. The result is less scrap. Since errors or uncertainties in the process can never be ruled out, the employee can use Alarmanagement to inform his supervisor or the responsible department directly. The data on the production process is stored centrally in a database and can be used for optimisation or as proof of quality for your customers.

It is also easy to display PDF or video and image files.
As soon as the work steps have been designed, they can be dragged and dropped onto the corresponding assembly stations. The individual work steps can be provided with a target cycle time. This enables precise clocking out of the workstations. Advantage: It can be seen directly which areas have too high a workload.
